Wonderful eating advice
I ran into a guy at work this morning. He's in Customer Service, is rail-thin, does some type of martial art in the prairie grass fields here at lunch when the weather is nice, eats about six times a day because he says he can't put any weight on, and has red tips in his hair. In other words, he's either an admirable free spirit, or an obsessively self-aware individual trying to paint a free-spirited picture for the world.
This morning, at 8:30 a.m., he was heating up some pot roast in the microwave, while getting out some bread and butter to go with it (not sure if it was meal #1 or #2 for him. But, he shared with me a very interesting proverb--apparently an old Chinese saying:

"Eat like a king at breakfast, a merchant at lunch and a peasant at dinner."
That struck me as some very good advice...
